Gorgeous Day in Carp, Tiffany and the boys came down for a day on the beach after the event, and watched the finish. Felt zig-zagging in the swim, tired in the bike, and slow in the run. A minute off the podium in 4th for Clydesdales. Not bad for 15 lbs, heavier since my last triathlon and no sport specific training, no running in last month, no riding in last 2 weeks.
