Morning swim with Dr. Silverberg, guest at SBAC pool, masters swim. 200 warm-up. Annie coaching noticed excessive glide, scissor kicking creating drag. kicking drills with fin. Pull-bouy drill speeding up stroke. 50y pace stayed up with big boyz. But couldn't keep pace for 100 or 150, 200, etc. did some 25 slow fast 25 back. in the end had better posture, legs were dropping less swimming up hill. Rode there and out to UCSB, Cindy at lunch.
"Cindy"Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:5 Pull-ups10 Push-ups15 Squats
8 rounds in 15 minutes. Limiting factor is push-ups, broken sets starting in round 5.
