Sunday at Grandma's

made some eggs, light low GI toast, smart spread, Avocado for breakfast in bed, Family watching the Reader, WarmUp with Oliver.
Cross-Fit Endurance: Walk/ Jog to Park Capri, Interval @12-15RPE to Bellagio/ 5 min, good pose felt good, rest, back in 4:55, rest calves are tight bro stretch, 4:50 on pavement smooth, walk back. Jog back up from park capri to park belmonte 32 minutes out total. 2 great intervals, 2 so so. Great temperature to run- Crisp.

Other half of avo for lunch, pistachios, and blueberries recovery.
